Oregon Restaurant Education Foundation Introduces Initial Alcohol Server Education Online
April 25, 2008
The Oregon Restaurant Education Foundation proudly presents ASE Online, the initial alcohol server education course offered in the comfort of one’s own home. ASE Online is the first and only Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC)-approved initial alcohol server course offered online in the state of Oregon, available to anyone needing a server’s permit without time to attend a class.
“As the leading source of training for Oregon’s hospitality industry, we’re delighted to offer the first initial online alcohol server course approved for use by the OLCC,” said Steve McCoid, president and CEO of the Oregon Restaurant Association and executive director of OREF. “We know that our industry’s employees prefer to utilize online training as evidenced by the more than 45,000 employees who used our other online training products last year. We’re proud of this high quality program and look forward to providing this effective, convenient service to our industry.”
Offered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ASE Online allows the user to complete the required alcohol server training at any time, day or night, and the cost is minimal: $25, payable by debit or credit card. Fast. Certified. Online.
